Baymisaal offers premium unstitched fabrics for women. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting during photography, screen settings, or device displays. Such variations should not be considered product defects. - Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Baymisaal reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. In such cases, customers will be contacted before the order is processed. - Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Once an order has been placed, our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch. Baymisaal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to: Product unavailability, Pricing or website errors, Suspected fraudulent activity, Incomplete or inaccurate customer information. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, any applicable refund will be processed promptly. - Payment
We currently offer: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. For Bank Transfer orders, processing will begin after payment has been successfully received and verified. - Shipping
Delivery is available within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays. Baymisaal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once an order has been dispatched. - Returns & Exchanges
We want every Baymisaal purchase to meet your expectations. Exchange Eligibility: Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, unwashed, in their original condition, returned with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Sale & Clearance Items: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide your order number, clear photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for exchange. - Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, product images, designs, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Baymisaal and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Baymisaal. - Limitation of Liability
